DRIVES – Innovation Agent Workshop

Innovation Agent builds on the field studies of EU Blueprint projects, like DRIVES, where the association of manufacturers and suppliers in Europe cooperated to identify the major drivers of change which will influence how Europe will look like in 2030.

The Innovation Agent course was divided in 4 units:

Unit 1: Setting the scene. European Alliance projects (EU Blueprints) made analysis to predict the drivers of change for Europe 2030.

Unit 2: Focusing on empowering teams to be creative and come up with new ideas and products.

Unit 3: Focusing on turning whole organisations into dynamic learning organisations which constantly update to new market needs.

Unit 4: Focusing on open innovation with the new networked approaches supported by OpenInnoTrain and other projects.

The OIT workshop took place on the 2nd of July 2021, from 9:45 to 10:30, online.
