OpenInnoTrain Guest-Lecture & Discussion on (Informal) Leadership

During her secondment in Graz, Austria (at OpenInnoTrain partner ISCN), Tiina Leino from the University of Vaasa was a guest lecturer at the Graz University of Technology. 

Tiina Leino is a PhD researcher from the School of Management at University of Vaasa, Finland. Her research focuses on different forms of leadership, e.g. collectivistic and informal leadership, especially in relation to expertise, competencies, and strategic approach.  

During this lecture, Tiina was able to share her research and engage in a final discussion with the participants from the Graz University of Technology, where they could exchange views and ideas.
